DC's "Wellbeing" is High

The good news locally is that DC area residents scored second on "wellbeing" as defined by Gallup.  The score "is an average of six sub-indexes, which individually examine life evaluation, emotional health, work environment, physical health, healthy behaviors, and access to basic necessities ... High wellbeing cities provide good examples for other metropolitan areas to follow in the pursuit of more emotionally, physically, and financially secure citizenries," the polling firm suggests.  Full Story.
