Use the forms below to cancel your subscription or reset your
password.
Please note that all cancellations are immediate, so if
you have just paid the monthly fee and would like to have access
to the site through the 30-day cycle, do not cancel until two days
before your next payment is due.
Cancelling your subscription is a two-part process. Once
you submit your information, your account on this site will be
closed and you'll be forwarded to PayPal to complete the
subscription cancellation. You must complete the cancellation
with PayPal in order to cancel the monthly withdrawals. If
you do not complete the process PayPal will continue the monthly
withdrawals.
Troubleshooting: If PayPal tells you that you have no
active subscriptions or if you are unable to find your subscription
number, simply find a recent payment you made to The Brad
Traverse Group and click on the "details" of that transaction.
That will lead you to a subscription number that you can click on
and cancel the subscription there.
Once your cancellation is complete, you will receive an e-
mail notice from PayPal. Please be sure you receive a
notice as this will confirm that you completed the process
successfully!
